Io non so per che cagione cotesti Signori si abbiano a maravigliar tanto che io mi sia per alcune settimane ritirato alla campagna, e in un angolo di una Provincia come e' dicono. Ella nò che non se ne maraviglia punto; la qual pur sa à che fine io mi vada cercando varj paesi, e quali cose io m'abbia potuto trovare in questa Campagna. Qui lungi dal tumulto di Parigi vi si gode una vita condita dà piaceri della mente; e ben si può dire che a queste cene non manca nè Lambert nè Moliere.
